Donald Gagnon
Originally from Trois-Rivières, Donald Gagnon left his hometown in 1989 to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations at Université Laval. However, his project took an unexpected turn and that same year he bought his first Harvey’s restaurant in Quebec City.
As time went by, Mr. Gagnon added five more locations of the famous restaurant chain to his initial investment, quickly becoming a well-known, well-respected, and well-liked entrepreneur in the region. He is very involved in his community and has intimate knowledge of the issues faced in Vanier-Les Rivières.
“My years in the restaurant business have allowed me to cultivate my entrepreneurial spirit, to put forward my creativity and my ability to bring people together. That's what I like about the Conservative Party. I want to offer the people of my riding a Quebec where the government helps and facilitates the realization of everyone's projects, where the freedom of individual enterprise is valued and encouraged.”
