Gatineau-born Matthieu Kadri, 30, has worked for the family business Buckingham Toyota for the past 10 years. For several months he had held the positions of vice-president of the Papineau Riding Association and campaign manager in Chapleau.
The disproportionate cost of gasoline in Quebec, the health system's condition and the lack of space in the CPEs are issues that are very important to him.
"I have been involved with the party for a few months, my goal being to gain experience as a campaign manager in order to run as a candidate in the future. In light of the bad news about my father's health, I decided to rise to the challenge early and get involved for my community. I share the values of the Conservative Party of Quebec, just like my father, and I recognize myself in the program."
