"In the Outaouais, the health care system has a poor record. A new major hospital is in the works, so why not take the opportunity to initiate a major change in Quebec’s monopolistic health care system? We need to decentralize decisions and integrate the private sector into the public system. Law 96 is here to divide us again: francophone and anglophone citizens have been living together in harmony for a long time in Pontiac."
